Leong Wai Keong
Co-Founder | CEOWith over 30 years of experience in project development and sustainability, Wai Keong brings expertise in carbon markets, carbon credit methodologies, and international climate policy.
Wai Keong is highly proficient in Article 6 of the Paris Agreement and has in-depth knowledge of compliance frameworks, carbon regulations, and MRV (Monitoring, Reporting & Verification) systems. His leadership ensures DNZ’s carbon projects meet global standards and align with emerging international carbon market mechanisms.
He is also the Co-Founder of MDI+, a sustainable development consultancy, and has spearheaded numerous climate and infrastructure projects across Southeast Asia. Passionate about climate innovation, Wai Keong is committed to scaling credible, carbon-based solutions that drive environmental impact and deliver lasting value to communities.
Jason Lee
Co-Founder | CGTOWith a strong background in Cloud, RegTech, and IoT, Jason brings more than two decade of experience at the intersection of data, technology, and climate impact. Jason previously co-founded an IoT startup(CEBI) that was successfully listed on the Toronto Stock Venture Exchange (TSXV) in 2021, marking a significant milestone in his journey of building tech-driven ventures with global impact. At DNZ, he leads the integration of carbon solutions and tokenisation, and the CASPIAN AI-IoT energy optimisation platform, helping businesses reduce carbon emissions and accelerate their transition to net zero. Driven by a passion for climate innovation, Jason focuses on harnessing technology and strategic collaborations to deliver impactful, transparent solutions that support both environmental sustainability and community well-being.

AdvisorYBrs. Ts. Noor Azmi Bin Mat Said brings over 30 years of experience spanning both the public and private sectors in Malaysia, with a strong focus on technology commercialisation, SME development, and sustainable innovation.
As the founder of MYDATA Consulting Sdn Bhd, Ts. Azmi has led initiatives in technology transfer, digitalisation, renewable energy, and green technology. He has held prominent leadership roles, including Chairman of FRIM Incorporated Sdn Bhd, Board Trustee of Yayasan InovasiMalaysia, and Advisor to PERDASAMA Malaysia. At DNZ ClimateTech, Ts. Azmiserves as a strategic advisor, leveraging his extensive expertise to guide the company’s mission in delivering scalable decarbonisation and carbon credit solutions.
